After closing on a $45 million construction loan with Ocean Bank in early June, Sabbia Beach has formally started construction of one of the most expected waterfront pre-construction projects on South Florida

The 19-story tower with only 68 residences is already 65 percent sold, with prices ranging from $900,000  to $5,900,000.

Sabbia Beach is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2018.
