Two new restaurants announced at Pompano beachfront

The City of Pompano Beach is doing a great job at its Community Redevelopment Agency.

Two well known restaurant groups have just got to terms with the city and will open in their new location directly on the beach.

The Pompano Beach House will be built just East of the new Pompano Beach Parking garage.  At 6,700 square feet, it will be a nice addition to the city efforts to revitalize the beachfront with facilities, landscape beautification, sidewalks and sufficient parking spaces.

The restaurant is part of the group that owns Grille 401 Las Olas, Pinon Grill in Boca Raton, and Brimstone in Pembroke Pines.  Construction will complete and restaurant open in September 2017.

An even larger structure will be built for the Oceanic at the same location. At 9570 square foot, when it opens in early 2018, it will be another great attraction; it will be owned by LM Restaurants, which is known for its Carolina Ale House, Blue Water, and Taverna Agora restaurants.

Sabbia Beach is a new development of only 68 residences directly on the Pompano Beach beachfront, just north of Fort Lauderdale.

Spacious floor-plans include two, three, and four bedrooms, as well as two penthouse suites and four terrace residences featuring up to 3,700 SF of outdoor living space.

The stunning architecture and design of Sabbia Beach, the magnificent views on ocean and intracoastal waterway, the elegance and luxury of baths, kitchen, appliances, and materials, are unique.
